How to Become an IQF Approved Centre

Follow the steps below to become an approved centre under the Integrated Qualification Framework (IQF):

Step 1: Submit a Expression of Interest

Complete the Centre Approval Enquiry Form to express your interest in becoming an IQF approved centre.

Step 2: Pay the Centre Fee

Once you have submitted the form, you will be directed to make the Centre Fee payment.

Step 3: Application Review

IQF will review your application. During this stage, we may:

– Request additional information or clarifications.
– Schedule an approval visit to ensure that your centre meets the required criteria. If an in-person visit is not feasible, provisional approval may be granted, pending a future inspection after learner registrations.

We aim to notify you of the outcome within *two weeks*. The possible outcomes are:

-Approval granted
-Conditional approval, subject to an action plan
– Approval denied, with reasons provided

Step 4: Finalisation and Certificate

If your centre is approved:

– We will send you a Centre Agreement that must be signed by an authorised representative of your organisation.
– Upon receipt of the signed agreement, we will issue an IQF Approved Centre Certificate as formal confirmation of your status.

Blended, Online, and Distance Learning Approval
If you intend to deliver IQF qualifications through blended, online, or distance learning modes, ensure you meet the specific requirements for these delivery methods.

Additional Qualification Approvals
Once approved, your centre can apply for additional qualifications at any time. Contact us for guidance on the approval process.
