2. Acceptance of These Terms
By using our website or applying to an IQF programme, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
- You are at least 16 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
- You have provided accurate and truthful information in any application or enquiry form
- You agree to be contacted by IQF (and, where applicable, by an authorised agent) in connection with your application or enrolment
3. Programmes, Qualifications, and Awarding Bodies
IQF offers a range of programmes at various levels in collaboration with UK and international awarding bodies and university partners. You must verify the current programme listing, awarding body, and qualification level on our website before applying.
Accuracy of Programme Information
- Programme availability, fees, entry requirements, and awarding-body partnerships are subject to change
- We reserve the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify a programme at any time — in such cases we will give you reasonable notice and offer an alternative where possible
- Any partnership with a university (including University of Hertfordshire, University of Essex, or University of Liverpool) is confirmed only through a signed, current agreement
CMI and Chartered Manager Status
4. Application and Enrolment
Submitting an application does not constitute an offer of a place. A place is only confirmed when: (1) you have received a written offer from IQF; (2) you have accepted the offer and paid the required deposit or first instalment; and (3) your identity and qualification documents have been verified.
Accuracy of Application Information
All information provided in your application must be accurate and truthful. False or misleading information may result in rejection, withdrawal of any offer, removal from a programme without refund, or referral to the relevant awarding body.
Under-18 Applicants
Applicants under 18 must provide a parent or guardian's contact details. By submitting an application on behalf of a minor, the parent or guardian confirms they have read and agreed to these Terms on the student's behalf and consent to IQF processing the student's personal data.
5. Fees, Payment, and Financial Terms
Current fees for each programme are published on the IQF fees page. Fees are subject to change for future cohorts; fees for an accepted and enrolled student are honoured at the rate confirmed in their written offer.
- A non-refundable registration deposit may be required to secure your place
- The balance of fees may be payable in instalments as agreed in writing
- Failure to make a scheduled payment may result in suspension of access to programme materials
Refunds and Cancellations
Registration deposits are generally non-refundable. IQF reserves the right to cancel a programme if minimum enrolment numbers are not met; in this case, all fees paid will be refunded in full.
6. Student Conduct and Academic Integrity
All enrolled students must engage honestly with assessments, submit only their own work, comply with IQF's Academic Integrity Policy (including rules on plagiarism and AI tool use), treat others with respect, and not share LMS credentials or course content with third parties. Breaches may result in disciplinary action up to and including removal from the programme without refund and notification to the awarding body.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, assessments, and website content produced by IQF are the intellectual property of IQF Education Ltd or our licensed partners. You may use course materials for your own personal learning only. You must not copy, distribute, or sell any IQF materials, share login credentials, or use IQF's branding without written permission.
8. Website Use and Acceptable Use
You may use the IQF website for lawful personal purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, upload malicious content, scrape the website without permission, or use the website in a way that may impair its operation. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access if you breach these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law: IQF accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the relevant programme; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website or LMS; and we are not responsible for third-party website content. Nothing in these Terms limits IQF's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
10. Agents and Authorised Representatives
Authorised agents act for IQF for recruitment purposes only. Agents do not have authority to make offers of places, promise visa support, job placements, scholarships, or settlement entitlements, guarantee Chartered Manager status, modify fees or refund terms, or collect fees on behalf of IQF unless explicitly authorised in writing. If an agent makes any such promises, please report this to info@iqf.education immediately. IQF is not bound by unauthorised promises made by agents.
11. Data Protection
IQF processes your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our full Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use, and protect your data and how you can exercise your data protection rights.
12. Complaints and Disputes
Complaints should be directed to info@iqf.education in the first instance.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer law in your country of residence grants you different rights.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last reviewed" date. For enrolled students, material changes affecting your contractual rights will be communicated before they take effect.
